For tinkerers and developers
LimeSurvey (MariaDB bundle)
Build and run your own surveys
About
Professional surveys and questionnaires. Dozens of question types, logic and branching, statistics, exports for SPSS and R. Used by universities for a reason.
Notes
LimeSurvey — a full-featured online survey and questionnaire tool — bundled with its own dedicated MariaDB database. Build surveys with conditional logic, quotas, multiple question types, and export responses to CSV/SPSS/R.
Each instance is a fully self-contained bundle: its own Docker network, its own data volumes, its own secrets. The agent generates the database passwords and the LimeSurvey data-encryption keys on first install and stores them locally on the device — Obacht never sees them. You choose the admin account credentials at install time.
Built from the community martialblog/limesurvey image (LimeSurvey 6.x, PHP 8.3 + Apache). Survey definitions and responses live in the database; uploaded files and themes live in a persistent volume.
Alternative to: SurveyMonkey, Google Forms
